BARONESS WOOTTON OF ABINGER

asked Her Majesty's Government to list the previous offences of the 21 persons convicted of capital murder under Section (1)(a) and 5 (1)(b) of the Homicide Act, 1957, referred to in the Lord Chancellor's reply of January 24, 1961, as having been found guilty of offences of theft or violence; and to indicate the nature of those offences and the ages at which they were committed.
