Edwardsasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he is aware of the petitions submitted to the Governor of Sierra Leone in connection with the alleged monopoly for the purchase of imported rice and other irregularities affecting members of the Government, together with a request for the establishment of a Royal Commission to inquire into these allegations; and what reply has been sent.
