§ Mr. P. ThomasThere is only one Agreement, that signed in London on the 8th of August, 1945, and published as Treaty Series No. 27 (1946), Command 6903. Whilst this Agreement has not been terminated in accordance with Article 7, it would require Four-Power agreement to reconstitute the International Military Tribunal.
