HC Deb 20 December 1961 vol 651 cc164-5W
Mr. McKay

asked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance (1) what is the percentage of wages paid as National Insurance contributions, including juveniles up to the £9 wage level, by insured persons; and what is the percentage paid by the employers;

(2) what is the percentage of wages contributed, in total, by the group whose earnings are above £9 and up to £15 as contributions to National Insurance and to graduated pensions; and what percentages of wages are contributed by the employers.
