§ Mr. BevinsOn 30th September, 1961, 59 applications were held up because of shortage of lines or equipment, and 108 were under inquiry or in course of being met. A year ago the figures were 106 and 210 respectively. The average waiting time when plant and equipment are available is about six weeks. The figures I have given cover Whitchurch and Rhiwbina.
