§ Mr. MarplesIn December last I made the special road scheme establishing the line of the Midland Link Motorway from the end of the M.6 at Dunston as far as Castle Bromwich. The next stage will be the publication of draft orders giving me the necessary powers to alter side roads affected by the special road. Until the various statutory processes have been completed, I cannot say when work will be started on the construction of the motorway through Perry Barr to Great Barr.
