Lucasasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will give an assurance that before Her Majesty's Government agree to enter the Common Market satisfactory arrangements will be made to ensure that Algerians seeking to enter this country are not put in a more advantageous position than citizens of the Commonwealth countries.
