§ Mr. D. Smithasked the Postmaster-General if he is satisfied with the success of the postal coding experiments in Norwich and Luton; and if he will now extend these experiments to other parts of the country.
§ Miss PikeThe Norwich and Luton experiments are proceeding satisfactorily and we have good reason to be satisfied with what has been achieved un to the present. But there is still much to be done and it will be some considerable time before my right hon. Friend will be able to decide whether postal coding should be extended to other parts of the country.
