Mrs. Butlerasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will ensure that a visit to a bullfight is not included in the agreed official programme of the Foreign Secretary when he visits Spain, in view of the support this would give to those who are seeking to introduce bull-fighting in this country.
§ Mr. HeathThe programme of my noble Friend's visit to Spain is in the first instance a matter for the Spanish Government. But I will certainly draw the hon. Lady's Question to the attention of my noble Friend.
