Mr. Harold Daviesasked the Lord Privy Seal what consultations took place within the South-East Asia Treaty Organisation, between the Government and parties to the negotiations with the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, for a cease-fire before the United States Administration acceded to the request 38W of the Laotian Royalist Government for more arms and munitions and for the despatch of a United States military mission.
