§ The Prime MinisterI have been consulting the Prime Ministers of the other Commonwealth countries, and we have agreed to hold a Commonwealth Prime Ministers' meeting in London early next March. I am sure the House will feel, as I do, that at the present juncture in world affairs, a meeting of this kind should prove timely and valuable.
