§ Mr. Prenticeasked the Minister of Labour how many lodging allowances, household removal grants, and grants towards the costs of buying and selling a house were made during the most recent convenient three-month period to help those seeking employment in another area.
§ Mr. HareDuring the quarter ended 30th September, 1960, 697 applications were admitted for lodging allowances, 146 for household removal assistance and 44 for grants towards the costs of buying and selling a house. The number of lodging allowances current at the end of the quarter was 943.
