Mr. Woodburnasked the Minister of Aviation if, as a step towards greater European unity, he will approach other European countries with a view to the creation of a European Airways Corporation in order to achieve rationalisation of European air services and economy in the numbers and types of aircraft employed.
§ Mr. ThorneycroftThere is already a great deal of co-operation between European airlines under pooling and other agreements in which we have played, and will continue to play a full part.
