§ 49. Mr. V. Yatesasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many young prisoners between the ages of 17 and 21 are at present in Her Majesty's Prison, Winson Green; and how many of these are awaiting trial.
§ Mr. VosperOn 23rd November, 1960, there were 170 boys and 20 girls aged 17 and under 21 in Birmingham prison. Of these, 46 boys and 2 girls were awaiting trial.
