HC Deb 17 November 1960 vol 630 cc61-2W
69. Mr. Wade

asked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations how many British protected persons from Basutoland were killed or injured in the shooting at Sharpeville; and what steps are being taken by Her Majesty's Government to press for compensation from the Government of the Union of South Africa on behalf of the victims or their relatives.
