Mr. Slaterasked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance if he will set out in the OFFICIAL REPORT the number of increases in National Insurance contributions since 1951, the ratio of increases between employers' and employees' contributions and the amount of money collected from such increases in contributions; and what is his estimate of the new total increase in contributions in the proposed legislation on the subject.
