§ 69. Mr. Mitchisonasked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware that schemes for a roundabout at the junction 46W of Rothwell Road and Northfield Avenue, Kettering, have repeatedly been submitted to his Department on behalf of the Borough Council, that in April, 1958, his predecessor recognised such a scheme to be desirable, and that a fatal accident occurred at this junction on 10th October; and whether he will now authorise work to proceed on a roundabout.
