Provision is, of course, made for them, as for other casualties of civilian life, under the National Insurance schemes, supplemented, if necessary, through the National Assistance Board. There would be from the point of view both of principle and of practice grave objection to treating such disabilities as if they were attributable to service for the purposes of the War Pensions Warrants.
