§ Mr. HareFigures are not available, as to the action taken on all the recommendations of the Carr Committee, but I understand that the joint bodies and employers' associations in industries covering the majority of workpeople have accepted the central recommendation that opportunities for training for skilled occupations should be increased, and have urged their members to act on it.
