§ Mr. J. RodgersThere is no obligation upon firms to report empty factory space to the Board of Trade, but the Controller for Scotland has knowledge of 296,560 square feet of factory space in Fife which is at present vacant compared with 414,315 square feet at the same time in 1959. No records of empty space are maintained over the years.
