§ Mr. WatkinsonNo agreement has been reached with France on nuclear weapon production, strategic early warning systems or means of delivery of nuclear weapons. There have been discussions with the French about development of electronic systems for the air defence of Europe and also of a vertical take-off aircraft to meet the needs of N.A.T.O. forces.
