§ 83. Mr. Stonehouseasked the Minister of State for Commonwealth Relations if he will list in the OFFICIAL REPORT the legislation passed in Southern Rhodesia during the past twelve months and which is subject to the scrutiny of Her Majesty's Government under the reserve powers held by the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. AlportSection 31 of the Southern Rhodesia Constitution Letters Patent applies to all Southern Rhodesia legislation, but I assume that the hon. Member's Question refers to Bills which have been the subject of procedure under Section 28. The following is a list of all such laws which have been assented to since 1st May, 1959, and have so far reached my noble Friend.
