§ Mr. R. ThompsonThe Prime Minister of Southern Rhodesia brought certain proposals which he discussed with my noble Friend. My noble Friend made certain comments on these proposals which Sir Edgar Whitehead has taken back to his colleagues for their consideration. I hope to be able to make a further statement shortly.
