§ Mr. Ormsby-GoreThe right hon. Gentleman will now be aware from the Answer recently given to the hon. Member for Dunfermline (Dr. A. Thompson) of the decision reached on this point by the Ten-Power Committee. Acting on behalf of all the Western Delegations, I put these proposals to the Soviet Delegate and they were later accepted.
