§ Sir D. EcclesMy noble Friend assumes the hon. Member has in mind the Annual Report for 1958–59 of the Advisory Council on Scientific Policy. This Report is an annual record of matters considered by the Council, and advice given by it to Her Majesty's Government during the year. These annual reports are not usually made the subject of consultation.
