Mr. Gresham Cookeasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs whether he has now consulted the appropriate authorities as to the estimated growth in the number of motor vehicles in use in this country in future decades; and whether, in the light of that information, he has now decided what advice to issue to planning authorities with regard to the standards for garage and parking space in residential areas.
