§ Mr. Malcolm MacMillanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will introduce legislation to amend the law relating to contempt of court in Scotland, so as to make the same provision for appeal as is contained in the Administration of Justice Bill.
§ Mr. MaclayI am not aware of any dissatisfaction with the present law of Scotland on this subject and I do not think that a case has been made out for any amendment.
