§ Mr. Robensasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will consider scheduling the Seaton Delaval Employment Exchange area as a development 185W district on the grounds of imminence and thus enable the county council plan for an industrial estate to proceed more effectively.
§ Mr. MaudlingA high rate of unemployment does not at present exist in Seaton Delaval, nor on present information do I expect it within such a period that it would be appropriate to list the area as a development district. But I am watching the position closely.
