§ Mr. MarplesThe London Traffic Management Unit is undertaking a series of studies of routes radiating from the centre of London, including the two between the City and parts of Ilford referred to in my hon. Friend's Questions. I am writing to give him the preliminary data for which he has asked and will keep him informed of the measures proposed as a result of these studies.
