§ 50. Mr. K. Robinsonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will arrange for the collection of statistics in future relating to the prosecution of private homosexual acts involving consenting adults.
§ Mr. VosperNo. This would necessitate asking the police to complete a special return for all offences in the categories in question and my right hon. Friend does not think that the limited information so obtained would be of such value that he would be justified in adding this to the burden of work which already falls on the police.
