Mr. Callaghanasked the Minister of Power if he will refer to the Domestic Coal Consumers' Council the numerous complaints by consumers and merchants in Cardiff about the failure to secure adequate supplies of coal during the winter of 1959, and the need to ensure that the same position does not recur in the winter of 1960.
