§ Mr. WatkinsonThe arrangements under Section 9 of the Visiting Forces Act, 1952, for the settlement of claims against members of visiting forces were circulated in the OFFICIAL REPORT Of 15th April, 1954. These arrangements operate even if the members of the United States forces concerned have gone outside the jurisdiction of the courts concerned.
