§ Mr. MarplesFollowing a public inquiry in 1937, a route for a by-pass of Selby on the A.63 was established by an order, made in 1938, which is still effective. If I should at any time decide not to adopt this route for the by-pass, I should, of course, publish a revised draft order showing an alternative route. Whether or not a public inquiry was held would depend on the objections received.
