Pannellasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what were the number of coloured children and the total number of children in the care of the London County Council, the Middlesex County Council, the Liverpool Borough Council, the Nottingham Borough Council and the Birmingham Borough Council, respectively, at the 31st December, 1959, as compared with the figures for the 31st December, 1958.
