§ Mr. J. RodgersA new Trade Arrangement with Hungary was signed on 19th January, 1960. This provides a basis for trade for three years from the 27th January, 1960. Import quotas on both sides will be negotiated annually and have been fixed for the twelve months from 27th January, 1960.
