§ Mr. WatkinsonFor some years regular discussions and exchanges of information have taken place between the French Government and Her Majesty's Government through the appropriate technical and military channels as part of the policy of promoting interdependence within N.A.T.O. In furtherance of this policy, my right hon. Friend the Minister of Aviation recently had discussions with M. Blancard, the French Ministerial56W Delegate for Air Matters. Other meetings are being arranged between the appropriate defence authorities.
