The Sheriffs-Substitute Association has made proposals for 27W revision of the sheriffs' entitlement to pension, including the introduction of a retiring age. I am considering these proposals.
§ Sir J. Duncan
asked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he proposes to bring up to date the pensions scheme for sheriffs-substitute in Scotland, as requested by their association in April, 1959.
