§ Mr. MaclayI understand that Edinburgh Corporation is considering a28W general scheme to remove all its temporary houses and to rehouse the tenants in permanent houses. As almost 4,000 houses are involved, such a scheme would take a considerable time to carry through, having regard to other housing needs that the corporation must meet.
