§ 111. Mr. Chapmanasked the Postmaster-General on how many Tuesdays in the last eight weeks pensioners have had to queue outside the Weoley Castle, Birmingham, sub-post office while awaiting payment.
§ Miss PikePensioners have not had to wait outside the office on any of the eight Tuesdays unless they arrived before 9 a.m. when the office is due to open. There have been some queues inside the office for short periods on several Tuesdays, but no one has had to wait more than two or three minutes for attention.
