§ Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs (1) if he will ensure that the British delegation to the International Conference on the Law of the Sea to be held in Geneva next March will be led by a British Minister of Cabinet rank;
(2) if he is yet in a position to make a detailed statement on Britain's representation on the International Conference on the Law of the Sea to be held in Geneva on 17th March, 1960.
