asked the Prime Minister if he will publish as a White Paper the text of his speeches and answers in Accra, Lagos and Salisbury, about the Government's policy towards the Central African Federation.

My right hon. Friend the Prime Minister has made, as is usual, on tours of this kind a large number of speeches at various functions in the territories visited. He has also, as is customary, held Press conferences in each of the territories visited. If there is any particular point which the hon. Member has in mind, perhaps he will put down a Question
