Priceasked the Postmaster-General why the post box outside the Westminster Hall Secretaries' Room is not available for posting mail until late on Monday mornings and after the House rises on Fridays, nor during Recess; and if he will arrange for it to be cleared at the same times as the other main post boxes in the Houses of Parliament.
