§ 58. Mr. Kershawasked the Minister of Defence how many of the countries of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation 163W have used or applied to use training facilities in the United Kingdom for their troops; and what is Her Majesty's Government's policy with regard to such requests.
§ Mr. WatkinsonFormed units from N.A.T.O. forces have not yet used training facilities in this country, but many officers and other ranks from N.A.T.O. countries have attended courses here.
It is Her Majesty's Government's policy, wherever they can, to meet requests for training facilities which are made by their allies and supported by the N.A.T.O. military authorities.
