§ 76. Mr. Dribergasked the Minister of Aviation if, in view of the constant increase in air traffic and the recent disasters in New York, Munich, and elsewhere, he will initiate a special review of the arrangements for air traffic control at all British airports, especially in foggy conditions; and if he will re-examine the possibility of bringing all movements of aircraft, military as well as civil, under a single controlling authority.
§ Mr. RipponNo. As these arrangements are kept under constant review, no special inquiry is necessary. I am satisfied that for the United Kingdom an integrated civil and military control system is the right solution.
