§ Mr. R. A. ButlerBetween 1st January, 1950, and 31st December, 1959, 34,642 orders were made under Section 11 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1948, in connection with probation orders. I regret that I have no information about the amounts ordered to be paid in these cases, or about the number of cases in which such orders were made in conjunction with orders for absolute or conditional discharge.
