asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if he has now considered Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council's application for loan sanction for the purchase of the Bakery Site, Shaw Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme; and if he will now approve it.
