Commander Purseyasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that some opticians, who do not display National Health Service spectacle frames, surround their National Health Service authority notice with private frames; and what action he will take to stop these opticians from misleading patients into thinking that these private frames are National Health Service frames.
§ Miss PittIt must be left to the optician how to show the official National Health Service notice. I see no reason to believe that any misleading inference can be drawn from other items which happen to be displayed near it.
