asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he is now in a position to announce the composition of the Standing Consultative Council on Youth Service in Scotland.

I am glad to be able to announce that the Hon. Lord Kilbrandon has accepted my invitation to be Chairman of this Council. The other members are as follows:
