§ Mr. BevinsExcluding orders under inquiry and in course of being met, there are 195 waiting applicants at Feltham and 407 at Hounslow. A year ago the figures were 274 and 1,711 respectively. When plant is available, telephone service is usually provided within 2.3 months from the date of the application. More than 1,300 telephones have been installed in these two places during the past 12 months.
