Mr. Awberyasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he is aware of the steadily deteriorating position in Malta; and if he will now take steps to meet the elected representatives of the people with a view to restoring the constitution before the position becomes worse and a situation similar to that in Cyprus develops on the Island.
